We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our remote sales team. We are the leaders in invessel composting ([please apply online] manager will be responsible for ensuring that all team members are in compliance with company policies, as well as analyzing market trends, sales forecasts and customer data to make recommendations and create strategies that will grow the company's sales. The ideal candidate for this position has prior experience in the poultry industry and an ability to work well with a team that are all remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Become a leader of a team of sales representatives.
  • Set sales targets and achieve these targets by motivating team members.
  • Provide performance feedback to all team members.
  • Take part in regular training for interpersonal skills and customer relationship management.
  • Manage the administrative needs of the department so that it runs smoothly.
  • Build a marketing plan, including bottom-up forecasts and market share analysis, and present to management.
  • Manage sales quota attainment.
  • Build and maintain sales agreements with a wide range of customers.
  • Identify new markets based on customer demand or sales opportunity and develop new service offerings or distribution channels in these markets to increase revenue.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,176.00 - $65,492.00 per year
